The Prayer for Travelers: Tefillas HaDerechThe Afternoon Service: Minchah

Cf. Siddur, p. 410ff.

The wording of the response at a circumcision is: k'sheim shenichnas lebris kein yikaneis leTorah lechuppah ulemaasim tovim.

On the day of the circumcision it is our custom to make an advance payment on the child's tuition fees, in anticipation of his future Torah studies.

In the Grace that follows the meal celebrating the circumcision, the series of paragraphs beginning harachaman (Siddur, p. 95) is interpolated.[183]
