Your letter from 6 Tammuz was received. Without committing myself by a vow, tomorrow, at the gravesite, I will convey the information regarding the establishment of the committee in your community,[585] including the names of those involved.

With blessings for the Festival of Redemption and with wishes for all forms of good for all the members of the committee and all those who receive influence from you,

It is not worthwhile for you to spend time improving your knowledge of English.[586] As my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, hk"m, said: How much is it necessary to drag the trough (the Torah and its mitzvos) to the horse! It's about time for the horse to approach the trough.
